Meet Our Staff
Liz LeeInsurance Administrator/Transcription Liz has been with our clinic since 2007. She handles all medical insurance billing for Dr. Gale and Dr. Becker. She began assisting Dr. Gale with patient notes in 2009. When Liz is not working, she enjoys spending family time with her husband, David, and daughters, Shannon and Jordyn. She likes to work in her yard and crocheting afghans. 
Sharon AltanyTranscription Sharon is a former free-lance court reporter who has been with our office since 2007. She works directly with Dr. Gale assembling patients’ notes. Sharon is married with two teenagers and enjoys volunteering in community theater. 
Brandy YoungbloodMedical Assistant Brandy has been with our clinic since 2008. She works directly with Dr. Gale in patient care. She has had two years of practical nurse’s training. In her free time she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and son. 
Shannon LeonardMedical Assistant Shannon started working with us part-time in 2007 as a front office assistant. She has recently moved to full-time medical assistant in the Statesboro office and travels with Dr. Becker to the Rincon clinic on Fridays. She will start Ogeechee Technical College in the spring working towards her degree in Health Information Technology. Shannon enjoys spending time with friends and doing Zumba with her co-workers. 
Peggy DurdenMedical Assistant Peggy graduated from Swainsboro Technical College in the medical assistant program. She has worked in podiatry for a total of 13 years in and around Statesboro. She is married and has two children, Chad, 21 and Shana, 17. When not at work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, having cookouts with family and friends and working in her yard. Peggy works directly with Dr. Todd Becker in our satellite offices. 
Stephanie Bland-HowellPatient Administrator Stephanie has been with our team for since 2008. She schedules appointments and surgeries. She’s been married since April 2010 and is the proud mother of 6 year-old son, Aden, and baby Andrew. She enjoys volunteering with her son’s PTO. She is also very active in her church. 
Krissy GunterOffice Assistant Krissy recently joined the EGFAC team in 2010. She has extensive background in customer service. She works directly with Stephanie and Liz in the front office. She also travels with Dr. Becker to our satellite offices. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends. 
Christine FogleOffice Assistant Christine assists Stephanie and Liz in the front office with various clerical duties. In her free time she likes to cook, decorate, sew, and garden. She also enjoys taking weekend trips to Savannah with her husband Brice.
